If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The pillow must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and unwashed.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Pillowcase Orders
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for pillowcases ordered in the wrong size or color. We encourage you to carefully review your selection before placing your order.

1-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our pillows. If your pillow is defective or broken within 1 year of purchase, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on orders — only replacements under warranty.
